With Nutrition Stats, you can follow your meals and their nutritional values with graphics such as bar charts and pie charts.
The app comes with 488 nutritions in English and their nutritional values which are their protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie values. You can get use of the already-created nutritions. Moreover, you can change a nutritional value of a nutrition in the database, delete it or you can even add your own nutritions special for you. You can use the nutritions added by yourself while creating your diets or diet programs and see them in the graphs.
+ By choosing 'Add New Meal' from the navigation drawer, you can add the meal you've just eaten to the database.
+ Frequently-eaten meals can be created by 'adding a new diet'. 'Diets' consist of nutritions, just like 'meals', and you can add any diet as a meal any time you want. They are like 'saved meals'.
+ You can create your own 'Diet Program'. A diet program consist of 7 days and you can add different diets for each day.
+ When you activate a diet program by clicking 'On/Off Button', you can get notifications before the meal time. You can specify how many minutes before the meal you want to get notifications from the 'Settings'.
+ 'Meal Calendar' shows you the meals you ate for a specific day. Moreover, it shows you the graphs for that specific day. Therefore, you can see your protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie values you get that day.
+ You can add 'Body Measurements' and see your improvement with a line graph for each measurement category.
+ You can add any nutrition to the database to use it for the meals, diets or diet programs.
+ You can change the nutrition database by deleting, editing or adding nutritions.
+ You can change the colors that are used to show protein, carbohydrate, fat and calorie. Moreover, you can change other colors used in the app like header colors.
+ You can select how many minutes before the meal you want to get notifications.
Nutrition Stats is developed so that you can easily implement your diet program and follow the nutritional values in a statistical basis by graphs and see your improvements. It is recommended that you use the app by consulting your doctor or dietician.
